2020 Friday Afternoon – Gaining Self-Awareness to Better Navigate our Interpersonal Relationships

August 7th, 2020

3:00 pm (Mountain Time)

Workshop with MaryMike Haley, MA, LAC, RPT, CSAT

How in tune are you with your emotional health? How are you showing up in your relationships? In this hour, we will discuss emotional intelligence and learn how to identify and express our emotions in a healthy way. We will differentiate between past emotions and present-day emotions, as well as action versus reaction in times of stress. Finally, we will work towards understanding how our feelings tend to dictate the narratives in our lives, both real and imagined.
