Anna Cole, Ph.D.

Anna Cole, Ph.D., is a coach, consultant, and educator who works with individuals, professionals, teams, and organizations to help meet personal and professional goals.  She brings both theoretical and practical knowledge to teams advancing equity and social justice through careful examination of bias, privilege, and structural systems of marginalization and oppression.  As a teacher educator specializing in equity-based education, Anna has taught classes and workshops exploring race, class, culture, and privilege at Colorado Mountain College, the University of New Mexico and the Environmental Learning Institute.
