Jessica Sylvanson has been a student of yoga for over twenty years. Her early focus was in the Iyengar tradition, but in the last fifteen years she has found a great match in the Kundalini tradition brought to the US by Yogi Bhajan. It’s focus on meditation, gentle movement and breath, and integration of all aspects of life has not failed to keep her “happy, healthy, and holy”. She is filled with joy to join her brother Daniel Taylor to teach a fun and relaxing class for all levels at Compassion Fest.
