Brush — Painted Forward
Filmmaker: Dimitri Pantchev
“BRUSH – painted forward”, a documentary short about a children’s cancer treatment crusader and an artistic team who creates live art to be sold at fundraising auctions for charities. The film begins with an interview of Lee Klein, who created an organization that financially supports families who need assistance when their children are being treated for cancer. The film then shifts to profiling the artistic team who swiftly create elaborate paintings at the actual charity events that then raise monies to help cover the costs of treatment.
In the end, “BRUSH – painted forward” raises awareness of the need for cancer treatment funding and a unique way of raising more monies.
