Saturday Morning Yoga
This will be a fun brother and sister led yoga class with Daniel Taylor and Jessica Sylvanson. Daniel’s back ground is in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar. He leads big classes in the Denver area every week, and has taken a special interest in bringing “compassion in action” to his students by getting them involved in Yoga Gives Back and Hope For the Holidays. Jessica has studied Iyengar and Kundalini yoga for over 20 years and teaches prenatal Kundalini classes as well. Using all the Yoga styles we have learned, we will warm up your bodies by doing breathing, stretches, and movement that help you to be able to sit for longer periods in meditation. We will also be strengthening the core so that you can bring compassionate action to the world feeling good and strong yourself. This class will be gentle enough for anyone to enjoy, and we will explore the themes of self compassion and compassionate action for others.
