Rachel Currier

Rachel Currier completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 through Boston Yoga School. Engaging in practice over the years has helped her in a journey of recovery from addiction, discovering and nurturing a desire to tend to inner and outer experiences with care and curiosity. She finds great joy in sharing the healing elements of yoga practice with others.

Her classes are influenced by the Iyengar style of yoga. This class will be a beginner-friendly series of postures focused on fostering strength, flexibility, and relaxation of mind and body
